United First® and United Business® travelers on flights to/from Honolulu and Japan and out of Japan to Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei will find tempting Polynesian-inspired lunch and dinner selections.

In United First, start with a fresh seasonal green salad offered with Trader Vic’s crispy orange shrimp or Malayan beef strips. For your entrée selection, choose from Braised short ribs in barbecue plum sauce, Pumpkin chicken curry or Sesame pink peppercorn salmon with lime leaf buerre blanc sauce created by Trader Vic’s Corporate executive chef, Paul Fabre in coordination with United corporate executive chef, Gerry Gulli.
