| CHICAGO, August 4, 2008 - United Airlines today reported its preliminary traffic results for July 2008. The company reported a July passenger load factor of 85.0 percent. Total scheduled revenue passenger miles (RPMs) decreased in July by 4.0 percent on a capacity decrease of 1.4 percent in scheduled available seat miles (ASMs) compared with the same period in 2007.
